Service of process
Formal legal process should be served at the registered address above. Email is not accepted as service unless we have agreed to it in writing for a specific matter. A notice we send you is served when it is delivered to the email address on your account, or shown to you in the app — keep your address current, because that is where notices about your account will go.
What to expect when you write
We acknowledge legal and privacy correspondence within 5 working days and aim to resolve it within 30. Data-rights requests are answered within one month, extendable by two further months for genuinely complex requests, and we will tell you if we need that extension and why. Security reports get their own timetable in Security. Requests from law enforcement follow Law Enforcement Guidelines.
Language
These documents are published in English. Where a translation is provided for convenience and the two disagree, the English version governs — except where the mandatory consumer law of your own country requires otherwise, in which case it does.
If we cannot agree
Please read Dispute Resolution before starting anything formal. It sets out how to reach us first, which law applies, and where a claim is heard — and it does not take away the rights your own country gives you as a consumer.
