We do not sell or share your personal information
Not for money, and not for cross-context behavioural advertising. There is no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" action to take, because there is nothing to opt out of. If that ever changes, this page changes first and a link appears in the app.
Categories collected
Identifiers (username, email, IP address), commercial information (purchases, listings), internet activity limited to what running the Service requires, geolocation only at the country level and only as you declare it, and the content you choose to send. Sources: you, and your device. Purposes: those listed in the Privacy Policy.
Your rights
- Know what we collect and why — this page and the Privacy Policy.
- Access a portable copy — self-service, Settings → Your data & privacy.
- Delete — self-service, same place, immediate.
- Correct inaccurate information — in the app, or [not yet published: privacy contact address].
- Limit use of sensitive personal information — we do not use it beyond providing the Service, which is already the limit.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these. Nothing about your plan, price or service changes because you did.
Authorised agents and appeals
An authorised agent may act for you with written permission we can verify. If we refuse a request you may appeal to [not yet published: privacy contact address]; we respond to appeals within 45 days and tell you how to complain to your state Attorney General if you are still unsatisfied.
Sensitive information and minors
We do not sell or share the personal information of anyone, and we do not knowingly hold any for a person under the age limits in Child Safety.
