The operator has not yet published: legal entity name, registered address, governing law / jurisdiction, legal contact address, privacy contact address. Each missing item is marked in the text below. Until they are published this service should not be taking money from the public.

Written to meet the US Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act (ROSCA) and the state automatic-renewal laws, which all want the same thing: that you knew what you were signing up for, and that stopping it is as easy as starting it.

Before you are charged

The screen where you subscribe states, before you agree: the plan, the price, the billing interval, that it renews automatically until you cancel, and how to cancel. Your acceptance of those terms is recorded with a timestamp.

Renewal

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price for your plan. If the price changes, you are told before the renewal that charges it.

Cancelling

Cancel in the app at any time — Settings → your plan — in as many steps as it took to subscribe. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for. You do not have to call anyone or send an email.

Refunds

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails we retry, and tell you. If it keeps failing the plan reverts to free; your content is not deleted for non-payment.

Currency and tax

Prices are shown in the currency at checkout and may exclude sales tax or VAT, which is added where it applies.

Who takes the money

Card details go to our payment processor and never reach our servers. See Subprocessors.
