How to tell us that material here infringes your copyright, and what we do about it.
No DMCA agent is designated yet. Until one is registered with the US Copyright Office and published here, the DMCA safe harbour is not available to this service.
You can still send a notice using the form below and we will act on it; we simply cannot claim the statutory safe harbour until an agent is registered with the US Copyright Office.
Sending a notice
Under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) a notice must include all of the following. We record notices that are missing an element, but we cannot act on them — removing someone's content on an incomplete notice would be unfair to them and would cost us the very protection this process provides.
- Your name, postal address and email address.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
- Identification of the material on this service, precise enough for us to find it.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised.
- A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for them.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

If your content was removed
You may send a counter-notice. If you do, we restore the material in 14 days unless the claimant tells us they have filed a court action.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly have material removed on valid notices are terminated. Our threshold is 3 upheld notices.
Misuse
Section 512(f) makes you liable for damages if you knowingly misrepresent that material is infringing. Please do not use this to remove things you simply dislike.
